At the Walchand Hirachand Hall of The Indian Merchants' Chamber an Automobile Manufacturers / Dealers and Consumer Meet was organized jointly by CFBP and the Western India Automobile Association on December 16, 2005.

Representatives from Tata Motors, Maruti, Toyota, General Motors, Hyundai, Honda and dealers like Sanghi Motors, Vitesse, Wasan Automobiles were present.

The welcome address was delivered by Shri V.B. Haribhakti President CFBP.

The entire programme was interactive and car manufacturers successfully answered most of the questions raised. The audience were requested to lodge their specific complaints to either CFBP or with WIAA with all particulars, so that they could be taken up with the respective car manufacturers.
